General Portfolio

Projects in the General Portfolio are a mix of projects that we develop ourselves, and international Voluntary Carbon Standard (VCS) credits. We have been developing projects right here in British Columbia since 2005, and our projects are certified to the British Columbia Emissions Offset Regulation.

Gold Standard Portfolio

The Gold Standard is an internationally accepted standard for offsets. Projects developed in Canada are not eligible for this designation (because Canada is a Kyoto signatory), so we source Gold Standard credits from around the world.

2010 Legacy Portfolio

Offsettters is the Official Carbon Offset Supplier to the Olympic Games. We have developed a special portfolio of projects for the 2010 Games, made up of 50% Gold Standard international credits, and 50% British Columbia based projects. This 50/50 blended offering embraces the spirit of local development as well as the global significance of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games. It enables a mixture of project types, scales, and locales.
