With a solid understanding marketing fundamentals and a keen interest in green business, the role is critical in ensuring that the MCE team and in turn, Offsetters, are able to reach their objectives.

Aeroplan Canada launched its Carbon Offset program in 2007 and was the loyalty industry's first program to encourage members to offset their travel rewards and reduce the environmental impact of their activities. To date, Aeroplan Canada and its members have redeemed more than 56 million Aeroplan Miles for carbon credits. Aeroplan also offers more than 40 eco-friendly rewards that members can redeem miles for that include housewares, games, fashion and travel accessories. Since its inception in 2007, Aeroplan Members have redeemed more than 30 million miles for green rewards.
Role Description
Reporting to a Project Manager in the Project Origination Department, the Analyst will conduct thorough and accurate technical and financial analyses that support potential offset projects and through this, ensure that Offsetters remains an industry leader with high quality and effective offset projects.
The Analyst will also be responsible for administrative and other support tasks related to sourcing new projects, researching innovative offset options and will be mentored by their Project Manager.
